Nancy’s Prevention Clinic is committed to providing services to all residents of Butte County and neighboring communities.
Nancy is a Medicare provider. Payment of the Medicare deductible and copay are due at the time of service.
Nancy is not a participating provider on any individual or group insurance policies. Patients with these policies are welcome here and, after paying for services rendered at the time of the appointment, can receive a superbill to submit to their carrier for reimbursement.
We accept all major credit cards.
Nancy is not a Medi-Cal provider.
